Chemical Resistant Conveyor Belts are meant to be utilized in aggressive environments where they convey chemicals in alkaline & acidic forms. Even if the chemicals conveyed have high concentration, they are unable to erode the product’s cover and damage the belt carcass to pose serious operational problems.

Our Chemical Resistant Conveyor Belts have superior rubber covers that can face aggressive chemical resistant environments. Specific grades and covers are designed as per customer application.

Fire Resistant Conveyor Belts for surface applications are used for conveying coal in places such as thermal power plants and open cast coal mines for safety reasons. They don’t allow fire to spread for long distances during material transportation in the mining process since they are made up of self-extinguishing covers. We follow various Indian & International Standards to manufacture the Fire Resistant Belts.

The design of general purpose conveyor belts enables application in all areas of materials handling. Application

• N17 or RMA II:- For moderately abrasive materials such as Rubble, Sand, Super Phosphate, Bone, Coal, Ashes, unslacked lime, cement, bauxite, chalk, cement, Readymix & earth.
• Y:- For abrasive materials like crushed stones, ROM coal, gravel, earth, sized coke, timber etc.
• M24 or RMA I:- Highly abrasive material like large size Ore, crushed metallic Ore, Granite, Limestone, Coke, Cold clinker, all types of slacks, sandstones, chipping, quartz, broken glass gravel etc. Also for stackers and reclaimers.
• X:- Materials mentioned for grade M and material having sharp cutting edges like crushed glass, granite, slacks etc.

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts are meant to exhibit high resistance towards hot materials with high temperature such as Pellets, Sinter, Cement, Powder, Chemicals and Fertilizers. The cover rubber of these belts are specially designed to provide heat transfer protection to the belt carcass and also improved tensile strength and abrasion resistance property to ensure long life of the belt.

In the HR- As per IS T1 & DIN T category, the conveyor belts are made out of special rubber compound that contains high quality SBR. They help in the transportation of material such as hot coke, clinkers & hot lime stone. Maximum temperature on the belt surface is 100 ⁰C & Maximum temperature of material handled is 125 ⁰C.

In the SHR-T2 – As per IS T2 & DIN T category, special synthetic rubber compound can endure higher temperature for transportation of materials such as hot cement, sintered coke, or soda ash. The Maximum temperature on the belt surface is 125 ⁰C & Maximum temperature of material handled is 150 ⁰C.

In the UHR-T3 – category, special blend of EPDM & synthetic rubber can endure very high temperature for transportation of materials such as sintered coke, or soda ash. The Maximum temperature on the belt surface is 180 ⁰C & Maximum temperature of material handled is 220 ⁰C.

The Pipe type conveyor belt is suitable for use in tougher conditions  and requires application of special tubular-type conveyors. Due to its special carcass construction, the belt runs like a tube which opens only when loaded and unloaded. The system remains closed and dust-tight even when bulk solids are conveyed in horizontal or vertical curves.

Super Abrasion Resistant are meant to exhibit superior cover protection to highly abrasive materials being conveyed. These belts are extensively used in mining and mining related industries, including steel, non ferrous metal plants, cement plants, thermal power plants, quarrying and aggregate processing and several other industrial applications.
